Restaurant serves Indian & Nepali cuisines and has bar too. We believe in having an authentic taste and great food with nice customer service.

General manager should be proactive and ready to take a challenge for any business problems. General Manager should mainly focus on its business, customers and employees and is responsible to:

- Organize, run and supervise smooth and efficient daily shifts

- Manage employees, schedule their shifts and take care of gap in absence of any employee

- Select, train, coach, develop & mentor entire team

- Create a nice and fun filled working environment
- Oversee and maintain high level food quality
- Bring new strategies and update food menu as and when needed

- Calculate food cost and maintain inventory

- Increase the number of happy customers

- Timely manage the renewal stuffs

- Submit weekly reporting to owner of the restaurant, and necessary reports to accountant

- Others when required to run restaurant effectively and efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
