Triangle Restaurant Group LLC currently own's and operates over 20 fast causal concept restaurant franchises in Raleigh-Durham and the surrounding areas. We are currently looking to expand our team a well as our footprint in eastern North Carolina. At Triangle Restaurant Group we are focused on servicing our customers and building strong teams. TRG is currently seeking experienced restaurant management professionals with the drive and determination to bring their best to the table every day! If you have a proven track record of succeeding in fast paced team oriented environments, then we want to hear from you!

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Execute company policy, procedure and brand standards at the highest level
• Provide leadership and direction to all members of the team
• P&L oversight
• Scheduling
• Inventory and Order management
• Maintain a safe work environment for all guests and employees

Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, split shifts and weekends
• 1+ year of Restaurant Management Experience
• Valid drivers license
• Strong communication skills
• 4 year degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is highly preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
