Pay Range: $19.60 to $23.00 per hour.

• As the internal fuel card administrator, create, replace and keep track of fuel cards using Gasboy System. Also responsible for Gasboy fuel consumption reporting and truck shop utilization in SAP system.
• Order fuel as needed for both Livingston and Indiana shops.
• Safety coordinator - set up meetings and takes minutes for the truck shop.
• Responsible for the PM Scheduling and works closely with Foremen to send accurate reports to managers.
• Process all purchase orders for commercial repairs and P-Card usage before period close.
• Research and resolve parked invoices report weekly.
• Perform all clerical duties for truck shop to include repair order processing. Additional responsibilities from Turlock satellite shop.
• Process all shop time cards weekly
• Assist office supervisor in all aspects of truck shop accounting to include P&L reporting and all analytical support to Fleet Maintenance Manager and Shop forepersons
• Other duties as assigned

• 3 to 5 years office experience with accounting background preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
