SoHo Dragon represents an investment bank with offices in Jersey City, NJ that needs to hire a Global Finance Project Management Officer.
Minimum 3 days on-site, optional 2 days remote.
Brief Description:
Finance DTO (Digital & Transformation Office) is dedicated to the Finance Department (DFIN) to help define its vision and support its transformation.
DFIN/DTO is in charge of Finance project portfolio and leads business transformation projects.
In supporting new business initiative, Finance DTO is working on a global project to implement Finance front to back processes and looking for a candidate who can function as a global project management office (PMO).
Working with global project teams in France, UK, Asia, and US., this role requires excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and coordination skills.
Main responsibility of PMO will include but not limited to: help develop and track of project plan / deliverables, budget management, help preparing for Steering Committee, Sponsor Committee, and communicate project status with various stakeholders.
This role requires strong commitment in developing deliverables in a timely manner and in good quality. This role will report to Finance global program director based in the US.
