Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is seeking a self-motivated candidate excited to make a difference within our supply chain and logistics organization. This role will be responsible for providing guidance to customers, alongside our pre-sales teams, on Arrows capabilities across the areas of trade, transportation, and operations. This candidate will work closely with other departments to ensure any improvement plans are adoptable and sustainable.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$73,700.00 - $110,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

US-GA-Georgia (Remote Employees)
Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.

Global Trade & Transportation Solutions Manager
Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is seeking a self-motivated candidate excited to make a difference within our supply chain and logistics organization. This role will be responsible for providing guidance to customers, alongside our pre-sales teams, on Arrows capabilities across the areas of trade, transportation, and operations. This candidate will work closely with other departments to ensure any improvement plans are adoptable and sustainable.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve as main point of contact regarding Transportation solutions to provide guidance and expertise on what Arrow is capable of supporting
- Create and maintain playbook that can be used for all new customer engagements
- Transportation Optimization - partner with sales team to capture customer requirements, research costs and options and present potential solutions to customers for final decision
- Conduct gaps assessments of customer requirements and Arrow transportation capabilities as input to guide decisions on future investment and capability building
- Develop standard operating procedures and a handoff transition plan to operationalize new customers
- Research and onboard new carriers / 3PLs when necessary, following RFQ process
- Compile and interpret data for use in projects and analyses
- Lead project calls, assign work, and manage project timelines, outcomes, and budgets
- Support customer system set up to manage fee based cost allocation
- Monitor SLAs and work with operations team on corrective actions when service is substandard.
- Collaborate with regional transportation and trade teams for seamless transitions and high service levels
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Transportation or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in international transportation
- In-Depth knowledge on international supply chain processes
- Experienced with import/export intricacies, incoterms, carrier negotiations and compliance
- Able to work independently and take initiative to propose the best solution
- Strong attention to detail
- Work collaboratively to accomplish goals
- Fluent in English
