We are looking for a talented Remote Global Training Development Specialist to join our team specializing in Training Development for our Corporate/CBS Segment in Columbus, IN/ your remote home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for executing the global Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability training strategy within the region, coordinates and manages regional training projects, monitors compliance and effectiveness and supports training resource planning strategy.
- Provides support to sites in developing, implementing and sustaining site level health, safety, environment, and sustainability training programs.
- Works with sites within the region to coordinate regional health, safety and environmental training events.
- Leads regional health, safety and environmental training projects; including development of regional specific content, local translations, tracking and monitoring performance and training effectiveness.
- Manages and plans for regional health, safety and environmental facilitator resources in coordination with the global HSE training strategy.
- Manages work to identify and close skills gaps within the region in alignment with the global HSE talent management strategy.
- Supports health, safety and environmental Regional Operations Team Leader in execution of regional succession planning, recruiting, and competency management.
- Acts as the regional learning management system expert and point of contact for sites.
- Executes global health, safety and environmental training strategy within the region; develops and leads regional training tactics.
- Works with regional stakeholders to develop and maintain regional health, safety and environmental training analytics.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree preferred. Progress toward professional certification preferred.
Experience
3-5 years project management, training development and delivery experience required. 1-3 years HSE or related experience preferred.Supports implementation of the HSE Talent Strategy
Maintains and updates public training and talent SharePoint pages and documents
Acts as point of contact for all training development projects
Manages the training development global processes and tools
Manages 3rd party training development supplier engagement
Manages all competency development and related processes
Global position, remote work - relocation to Columbus is not required.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
