$30,000 SIGN ON BONUS
REQUIRED: RN: High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduate of a Nursing School. Current PA RN License. GN: High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduate of a School of Nursing. Current PA Temporary Practice Permit. Valid CPR card within thirty (30) days of hire.
SUMMARY: Provides direct day-to-day care of patients and families. Practices to the fullest extent of their license in accordance with organizational policies. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager of Patient Care Services, functions as a member of the Patient Care Team to implement the patient's plan of care. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates activities necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Provides population specific care to meet the developmental needs of those patients we serve (adolescent, adult, and geriatric). The nurse, in conjunction with the Manager of Patient Care Services, participates in performance excellence initiatives that are focused on improving patient care and outcomes.
