Future education and growth opportunities

Our Service Technician III/Golf Technician is responsible for the following:

• Assembles and services all types of equipment, established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products, and other merchandise offered for sale by the dealership.
• Performs pre-delivery inspection on all types of equipment and other merchandise offered for sale by the dealership.
• Coordinates with Service Manager or Service Writer to establish and implement effective processes for all Turf services offered through dealership specific service programs.
• Performs basic and complex diagnostics independently, solves basic and complex technical issues.
• Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
• Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments.
• Uses own tools.
• Participation on on-call program.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• 3 – 6 years’ experience (or equivalent) performing service repairs.
• Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment used in machinery pre-delivery and set-up processes.
• Ability to assemble machinery components and to follow manufacturer’s pre-delivery instructions.
• Ability to maintain labor performance and billable hours according to Service Leaders
