- Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.
- Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $51,466.00 and $70,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Envision Your Experience

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Work closely with Design team and support the design needs company-wide.
- Collaborate with other members of the Design team and other departments to ensure both clarity in message and in design.
- Create design projects adhering to our existing brand design.
- Create graphics for web and print content in a deadline-driven environment.
- Have prior experience with using image asset vendors (stock photo, etc.).
- Participate in weekly company and design meetings.
- Other duties as required.
Share Your Expertise .
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- 3-5 years experience working in Graphic Design for a company, design firm, or advertising agency or an acceptable level of education and experience.
- A link to a professional portfolio is required.
- In-depth knowledge and experience using the Adobe creative suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong knowledge of typography, type styles, and design templates.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate.
- The ability to maintain project deadlines and multi-task design projects.
- Experience designing for both digital and print projects.
