Graphic Designer
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Exempt
COMPENSATION: Starting at $70,000+ per year depending on experience

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Provo, UT. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio of work and experience in creating visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums including print, digital, and social media.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be flexing your graphic design skills by creating various marketing materials as well as designing other creative assets under the direction of the Director of Marketing, Redstone Properties. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about a career in Graphic Design and wants hands-on experience managing relevant channels. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is required.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualize and execute innovative designs for various marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media posts, and websites.
- Create logo packages, brand books, and other brand materials for various properties and companies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and on-site managers to understand project requirements and execute designs that align with brand guidelines and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to bring fresh and unique ideas to the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs within tight deadlines.
- Prepare final design files for print or digital use.
- Design other assets as needed by the department
- Assist in all other creative projects as they arise
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
