Shannopin Country Club is a beautiful, family-oriented golf & country club located in Ben Avon Heights, Pennsylvania, about 10 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh.

Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent, assist in the maintenance of the golf course, clubhouse grounds, pool grounds, racket sports facilities, and the grounds maintenance building.
Position Tasks:
- Operate riding and walking mowing equipment for golf course putting greens, tees, fairways, and rough.
- Operate gas powered hand tools for mowing and trimming.
- Perform landscaping tasks including edging, mulching, planting, and pulling weeds.
- Fill divots on golf course tees, fairways, and the driving range tees.
- Assist with the use, maintenance, and repair of the golf course irrigation system.
- Assist with various construction, renovation, and improvement projects on the golf course and clubhouse grounds.
- Assist with tree pruning and removal projects.
- Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the golf course equipment and grounds maintenance building.
- Perform other appropriate tasks assigned by the golf course superintendent.
Typical Hours:
- Full-Time- 40 hours per week with weekend availability, Part-time- flexible scheduling
available
Compensation and Benefits (varies part-time to full-time):
- $14.00 to $18.00 depending on experience
