The Country Club of Ocala is hiring Greenskeepers to join our Golf Course Maintenance team!
The Club features a championship 18-hole golf course, spacious outdoor swimming pool, tennis, fitness and dining.Twice voted Best Golf Course by Ocala Magazine.
Up to $16 an hour DOE
SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $250 AFTER 90 DAYS OF SERVICE
This is a full-time position with medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as 401k with company match and paid time off.
Job purpose
Responsible for operating small equipment and performing all general hands on grooming of the golf course and grounds.
Duties and responsibilities
- Keeps all equipment in good, clean working condition.
- Maintains a clean golf course and maintenance complex.
- Reports all problems regarding equipment to the Mechanic and or Assistant Superintendent.
- Completes duties as directed by supervisor in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates courtesy to all Members and Guests at all times.
- Performs other duties as requested.
- Obeys all safety procedures.
Qualifications
Must be able to listen to and follow instructions, have a good attitude, and a willingness to work. Experience is a plus, but is not required.
