Job description
Founded in 1912, Race Brook Country Club is an 27 hole private country club with nearly 400 members. We host approximately 22,000 annual rounds. RBCC is home to a highly active and demanding membership, the greens department strives to provide tournament conditions on a consistent basis.
Duties:
- Perform weekly turf maintenance including walk mowing, bunker maintenance, fairway and rough mowing, weed eating, divot repair, tee maintenance, etc.
- Perform and assist with handyman tasks as needed.
- Assist with spring and fall clean-up of leaves and debris from beds, turf, and hardscape.
- Assist with general grounds maintenance and other duties that keep the property pristine.
- Other duties as job requires.

Experience Requirements
§ Possession of a valid driver's license.
§ Physical capacity to lift and carry 50-lbs; stand, walk, squat for extended periods of time.
§ Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
§ Ability to follow oral and written directions.
Special Requirements
Applicant must be willing to work during our peak golf season, which runs from April 1 through November 17.
