The Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall upkeep of the apartment community landscape and exterior image.

What you will be doing:
The Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall upkeep of the apartment community landscape and exterior image.
- Cleaning of driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster area, exterior hallways, laundry rooms, or any other public areas
- Maintenance of flowerbeds, plants and grass areas
- Pool cleaning or routine maintenance
- Shoveling snow from walks and driveways as well as spreading salt to prevent ice buildup
- Must be available on notice in event of snow and/or other site emergencies
