Our Company provides fueling services throughout the US and has an immediate opening for GSE Supervisor for its newest location, John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).

Supervisors are responsible for directing Technician teams and ensuring their safety and performance standards. The Supervisor will lead the team in servicing catering trucks, transport vehicles, fuel equipment, and related equipment in a safe, professional, and timely manner.

Essential Duties:

· Ensure safety excellence and superior equipment reliability that supports the overall operational needs of the station.

· Provide outstanding leadership in response to complex projects ensuring timelines and goals are met by resulting in high-quality solutions.

· Perform equipment troubleshooting

· Read and interpret wiring schematics

· Develop periodic maintenance programs and Standard Operating Procedure’s (SOP’s) for ground equipment

· Perform equipment audits of shift work ordered and inventory audits

· Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

· 1-2 years of training or experience in the repair and maintenance of aviation equipment preferred

· Must be physically able to operate a variety of equipment and machinery including catering trucks, transport vehicles, Fuel Equipment, and related GSE equipment

· Must have the ability to read a variety of correspondence, reports, forms, logs, lists, etc. Requires the ability to prepare correspondence, reports, forms, lists, etc. using prescribed formats.

· Must be 18 years of age

· Must have a high school diploma

· Must obtain a valid Driver’s license

· Pass a federal fingerprint background check

· Have proof of eligibility to work in the US

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
