Guest Service Agent/Front Desk
Job description
Our organization is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team to take reservations and communicate with guests on behalf of the hotel. The ideal candidate will be able to interact with all types of people in a professional and courteous manner and should always be available to answer questions about our available amenities and services. We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented and able to think quickly on their feet. This position requires flexibility, so only those interested in working weekends, nights, and holidays need apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with directions and information about nearby sights, local events, and attractions.
- Answer questions about local culture, traditions, and history.
- Answer questions about travel and local transportation options.
- Resolve customer problems.
- Serve as a first point of contact for hotel guests upon arrival.
- Maintain positive customer relations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
