We are seeking a Guest Service Representative to become a part of our team! You will accommodate patrons, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. IHG extended stay property in Overland Park is hiring for 3pm-11pm and 7am -3pm Opera exprience is a plus but not a must. We we will train dependable and responsible individuals. Must have excellent customer service skills. We are looking to hire immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Register and assign rooms to guests
• Confirm phone and online reservations
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
• Collect payment from departing guests
• Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
• Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
