We are hiring for Bell Person, Guest Services Associate, Activities Associate, Houseperson and Summer Intern positions at our beautiful Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham – St. Thomas Resort in the US Virgin Islands!

Positions are full time, PLUS full benefits including paid time off, tuition assistance, vacation discounts, 401K, health insurance, and more.

Activities Associate $15

As an Activities Associate, your job will literally be fun and games. Each day you’ll organize and lead recreational activities to help guests enjoy their vacations and create lifelong memories with their family and friends. In coordination with the Activities Supervisor, you’ll also operate all activity-related areas such as the movie theater, fitness center, pool and cabana, banquet rooms, and tanning rooms.

Bell Person $10.50 Plus Tips

As a Bell person, your friendly service can take a guest’s good vacation and make it unforgettable. With a positive, can-do attitude, you’ll make each arrival, check in and stay as pleasant and seamless as possible. In addition to assisting guests with their luggage, you’ll personally handle requests or refer them to the appropriate department manager – whatever is needed to exceed guests’ expectations.

Guest Services Associate $15

As a Bell person, your friendly service can take a guest’s good vacation and make it unforgettable. In addition to assisting guests with their luggage, you’ll personally handle requests or refer them to the appropriate department manager – whatever is needed to exceed guests’ expectations.

Houseperson $15

The Houseperson serves as a supporting role to the housekeeping team. This role will aid Housekeeper(s) by preparing units for cleaning upon guest departure, in the most efficient and effective manner possible while maintaining the company’s expected high quality standards. The Houseperson will be responsible for linen duties of the site, as well as the organization, maintenance and cleanliness of department storage areas. This role will adhere to the company’s safety program and maintain Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), including the new Global Harmonized System for chemicals (GHS), regulations.

Summer Intern (must be UVI student) $15

Must be available June 1, 2023 through August 10, 2023AND Must be a matriculated student at University of the Virgin Islands in the Hospitality and Tourism program

As an Intern, your friendly welcome, excellent service, and contagious smile will play a vital part in making guests’ vacations memorable from registration to checkout. You’ll extend hospitality with heart in everything you do, from sharing information about the resort and nearby attractions to providing room rate quotes and confirming reservations.

Sales Representative (In-house and Front-line)

Front-line - Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners. Articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations. Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.

In-House - In person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. Schedules guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.
