GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee a team of specialists who are responsible for working with guests and outside travel agents to confirm reservation calls and bookings for over 170 vacation rental properties managed by Rendezvous Mountain Rentals. Ensure that all guest arrival and departure procedures are upheld to RMR standards. Work cross-departmentally to achieve organization goals and set an example for cultural standards. Qualified applicants should have previous management experience, be comfortable with technology and demonstrate impeccable communication skills. A high level and understanding of Jackson Hole and area activities is a plus. Must be able to work one weekend day.

Skills Required:

• At least 2 years' experience in the Hospitality Industry
• At least 1 year of managerial experience
• Previous people development and training experience
• Ability to effectively deliver and follow up on feedback
• Ability to drive results that support organizational goals
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Ability to successfully work as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure
