The Olympic Regional Development Authority is seeking motivated, friendly, and outgoing individuals to join our Guest Services team at the Olympic Sports Complex at Mount Van Hoevenberg or Olympic Jumping Complex. The successful candidate will report to the Guest Services Supervisor at Mount Van Hoevenberg or the Olympic Jumping Complex. This is a part time, seasonal position and is located in Lake Placid, New York.

Essential Duties (this list is not exhaustive):

· Willing to prioritize customer service and greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner.

· Able to perform basic arithmetic functions

· Ability to learn and put into practice ticket selling procedures and salespoint operation

· Demonstrate knowledge of venue, experience programs, attractions and other products to inform and sell to customers

· Assist retail department with stocking, merchandising and inventory control

· Applicants should have strong communication skills and approachability

· Previous retail/customer service experience is preferable

· Knowledge of lake placid venues is a plus

Weekends and holidays required
