90% FTE, 35 hours per week. Monday – Friday 12:00PM – 7:00PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist to:
- Support the information desk, waiting rooms and other areas of University Hospital by providing the best customer service.
- Greet patients, families and visitors and make efforts to create a welcoming environment for guests.

Education :
Minimum – High School Diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience :
Minimum – Six months customer service or related experience.
