Your role

Do you want to work closely with senior management on driving our business forward? Can you multitask and effectively challenge?

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to:

  • Assume a leading role in the three year strategic planning (3YSP) process for the Wealth Management Americas business.
  • Proactive management in the resourcing phases of the plan, with other strategic, operational, and development workstreams of the planning process
  • Collaborate across both local and global Finance, providing key statistics and insights into plan with interplay into the forecast and estimate process of the region
  • Partner closely with Accounting, GWM CFO business partners, and legal entity controllers on delivering full plan; regional, legal entity and business units, for both P/L and Balance sheet views
  • Support and manage various initiatives and ad-hoc analyses, including but not limited to, profitability assessments, performance unit attribution, plan maintenance, and reorganizations
  • Effectively challenge assumptions and the status quo and bring ideas forward to drive successful outcomes.

Your team

Our team actively collaborates across the organization’s Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and business groups to gain insight, execute our strategy, and drive business projections. This role serves as a point of contact for the broader GWM finance organization on ad-hoc and strategic priorities of the business division and management
