We are looking for someone who is looking to work Full Time. Must have Maintenance knowledge and be mechanically inclined. Candidate will be given a company truck so must have clean License.

- Proven experience
- Experienced with hand tools
- Basic understanding of painting, minor electrical, minor plumbing, tiling, carpentry, pressure washing and Minor House Repairs. Basic Understanding of HVAC systems is a plus.
- Basic math skills
- Good communication ability
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Must have Valid Drivers License
- Must be available for Day shift
- Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
