We are looking for an experienced, self motivated, and enthusiastic sales & service professional to join our Service Department team as a Service Writer/Advisor.

Our ideal candidate:

• Intakes customer vehicles, diagnoses problems and service needs, schedules work, assigns jobs to service technicians and communicates job status to customer
• Greets customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner & provides excellent customer service
• Has the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction
• Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours including weekends
• Must have Harley-Davidson knowledge!
