Position Summary

The Vaccine Technician will be responsible for mixing, monitoring, and maintaining vaccines and procedures.

Hours

Monday 4:00AM start - typically a 10 hour shift
Tuesday 7:00AM start typically a 10 hour shift
Friday 7:00 AM start – typically a 10 hour shift
Saturday 3:30AM start – typically a 6.5 hour shift
35-40 hours per week

Essential Job Functions

• Mix vaccine according to proper mixing instructions
• Perform cleaning cycles at the start of the process and the end of the process
• Check vaccination machine for proper operation and perform quality control checks during the process
• Monitor and maintain vaccine inventory, room sanitation, and proper record keeping
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Needed

• Machine certification will be required, trained upon hire.
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable with computers and with learning software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be an Ideal Team Player as defined in the book by Patrick Lencioni

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift and carry 25lbs.
• Works in a warm, wet, dusty environment, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided.
• Works in proximity to loud machinery, PPE provided.
