BTS adds value to its clients through building engagement and capability in executives and managers to execute on the corporate goals and initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Overall management of the local business activities, including P&L responsibility
Develop our business by driving new sales and growing existing accounts, participating actively in client work, events, networking opportunities
Master the BTS portfolio of solutions and facilitate leadership development workshops and other client engagements at top quality
Ensure the smooth running of the team, providing an engaging, positive, motivating work environment which boosts, retains, and attracts talents
Work collaboratively with team members across BTS business practices and regions
Ideal Candidates will have:
At least 10-15 years of successful track record in the consulting/leadership development industry or similar
Demonstrated track record of sales achievement with clients in a variety of industries (existing and new accounts)
An entrepreneurial mindset, willing to work with the team and clients on the front line, not just leading at a high level
That he/she is highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple teams/streams of work at high quality
That he/she has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic and confident presence that builds credibility and trust
That he/she is a mature, empathetic, humble, professional, hands-on leader able to learn and verbalize mistakes
Alignment with BTS values, including client centricity, an entrepreneurial, innovative and inclusive mindset
Able to work in a non-hierarchical organization
Native Chinese speaker with strong spoken and written English
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
