The Role:
Affiliate partnerships with all applicable vendors targeting the Talent Acquisition and HR spaces.
New revenue streams through the sponsorship of HIGHER events, content and beyond.
Lasting and productive partnerships with all the aforementioned companies.
What will you do around here?
Research and partner with all applicable vendors to negotiate deals and discounts that benefit our members and the community as a whole.
Create mutually beneficial event sponsorship packages and find appropriate partners to support our growing roster of webinars, roundtables and awards.
Work with our content team to develop further opportunities for sponsorship and platform revenue.
We'd love to chat with you, if you...
Are a senior level operator in partnerships with experience of both sponsorship and platform monetisation. Ideally you will have set up a department before, or built something substantial in your career.
Have worked within a start-up environment before; you will need a strong bias for action and be willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
Have worked in HR Tech or RecTech previously, or a passion to embed yourself deep into the global talent community.
Are an excellent communicator both in person and in writing, as well as a creative and strategic-thinker.

The cash compensation range we have provided has been benchmarked against similar organizations of a comparable size, sector and age. Our offers of employment take a variety of factors into consideration, including but not limited to, unique skill sets, specific expertise or certifications and business/organizational needs. We have not adjusted the range for differing geographical locations, which we take into consideration when building equitable offers. It is not typical for us to hire in talent at the top of the range for a role, in part because it’s so important to us to allow all Talentful employees the opportunity to develop over time, and to feel rewarded for doing so. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is up to $130,000 USD base plus bonus. In addition to the cash compensation, the majority of employees at Talentful are eligible to participate in our Stock Options scheme.
