Redburn Rehabilitation Ward is a busy rehabilitation ward, with 20 Stroke Rehabilitation beds. You must have a genuine interest in the rehabilitation process and be pro-active in achieving best outcomes for our patients. You must also commit to further learning, undertaking the STARs modules and completing the Stroke Competency Toolkit as well as further training agreed with Senior Charge Nurse.
Essentially you must be flexible with your work pattern – which will be depending on service needs .You must be able to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You should have excellent communication skills, have the enthusiasm and ability to provide therapeutic interventions to enhance the rehabilitation process by providing person centred goals and individual care for each patient.
