Home Care Medical Equipment is looking to hire a healthcare professional to join our team. This role would be responsible for supporting daily operations within the Denison branch. This is a part time position that could turn into full time, with benefits. Bilingual is a plus, but not required. The job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and support walk-in customers
• Instruct customers on selection and product use
• Review incoming orders from doctor offices and determine next steps to be taken
• Collaborate and work closely with office staff at the Carroll, Jefferson and warehouse locations
• Order and keep track of store inventory
• Complete appropriate documentation needed to dispense products
• Call insurance companies as necessary
• Collect payment and billing information as needed
• Other duties as required

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
