This is not a customer service position. This is a high-paced phone sales position. We invest heavily in our leads.
We are hiring HEALTH INSURANCE AGENTS that:
- Preferably hold a 2-40 or 2-15 license, but it’s NOT A REQUIREMENT TO START. We have an apprenticeship program for you to still EARN while you LEARN!
- Preferably are not currently appointed, but it’s also NOT A REQUIREMENT TO START. You can still EARN while your release is processed.
- Are professional and enthusiastic with a genuine desire to help others
- Are strong negotiators able to overcome objections and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Consistently Pursue Excellence, individually and through Collaboration to achieve their goals
