About The Role

Please note this role is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave
Based within our LloydsPharmacy Healthcare Centre Coordinator in Scunthorpe, you will be accountable for the day to day administration and coordination of the safe delivery of the clinic. This will include the effective management and processing of new patient referrals, welcoming patients into the clinic, preparation of case notes and to working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to support on adhoc duties.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, along with the ability to make sound judgement and decision making that will deliver the best care to our patients. With a caring nature and an empathetic approach, you’ll be comfortable liaising with vulnerable individuals via the telephone and face to face. You’ll also need to be able to work to tight deadlines, strive to meet targets and have a strong eye on attention to detail.
