WeCare Centers, overseeing operations for several Skilled Nursing Facilities in Upstate NY, is seeking a Full Time Recruiter to join our ever growing team to assist our facilities in delivering an environment our residents and staff can call home. The position can be maintained remotely or off-site, however routine travel to facilities is an expectation.
We are currently seeking a Recruiter
- Work with the Human Resources Department with recruitment, retention, employee relations and special projects
- Responsible for recruitment strategy, sourcing techniques, and implementing innovative and efficient programs to ensure hiring and retention of the best talent
- Has recruiting experience in a similar environment, agency or corporate setting
- Are self -sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
- Manage the on boarding process Continuously work with facilities to make sure all staffing needs are being met
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office required
- Run Recruiting events such as job fairs and open houses
- Maintain Relationships with schools in the area
- Talent Acquisition
- Must be able to travel throughout New York State
