We are seeking a skilled and dynamic licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to serve as Hearing Care providers for our practice location in Plano, Texas. As a provider on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients utilizing an exclusive and patented product, Earlens. Earlens is a medical solution to hearing loss, that combines the talents of an ENT Dr. and a Provider to give our patients the best possible outcome.Our clinic is co-located with an ENT Dr. and you will be a key part of the team helping the clinic operate smoothly, while also working closely with patients and other team members. Because of the uniqueness of this opportunity, we are seeking not only a highly skilled Hearing Care Provider, well versed in all aspects of hearing testing and diagnostics, but you must also possess strong organizational and communication skills. You will be the point person for Earlens Hearing Center within the doctor’s office.
Earlens Hearing Center offers a competitive base salary range of $80,000 - 90,000 and a performance based compensation plan to reward you when the clinic does well. Additionally, we offer full medical, dental and vision benefits for you and your family. In addition, subject to the approval of the Company's board of Directors, you will be granted a certain amount of shares.
