Our client is a charitable care provider with good and outstanding retirement villages across Bristol. They have care homes within the villages for residents who require additional support. Every home has a dedicated therapy team on-site, so they can work proactively with residents and respond quickly whenever their skills are required - enhancing our residents' mobility, independence and well-being.

We are looking for health care workers for a care home that has been skillfully created so that everyone can feel part of everyday life, no matter where they are on life’s journey. Spacious beautifully decorated modern bedrooms open out into light and airy open-plan living areas, which create a homely environment.

This role requires you are Covid19 vaccinated.

Location: Winscombe ( We also have roles in Keynsham and Westbury on Trym )

The site has a beautiful secure garden complete with colourful borders and vegetables. The company are passionate about discovering what matters to each individual. Residents are able to watch a movie in a relaxed one-to-one session, join the musical memory group, get creative with arts and crafts, have coffee mornings, baking a cake or simply relax by the fireplace with a good book. Experts regularly visit to help stimulate body and mind. Plus relatives and friends are encouraged to join in with all kinds of events from Family Fun Days to friendly pub outings.

Salary: £11.04

Additional £1 at weekends and nights. (Nights 9pm- 730am)

Additional£1.50 weekend nights (Fridays 12am-730am, Saturday 9pm- 730am, Sunday 9pm- 12am)

Public Holidays additional 50% of hourly rate.

Hours:

Early shift: 7am-230pm

Late shift: 2pm-930pm

Night shift: 9pm- 730am

Long shift: 7am-930pm
