Cherry Hill Construction has been in operation for over 60 years. We are a leading civil site construction company in Connecticut. Our main focus is commercial site development, and we have a proven record of delivering our projects on time. Our equipment fleet is comprised of newer model Caterpillar machines, we have a fleet of triaxle dump trucks dedicated to our site work and an experienced management team in place to support the field work.

We are looking to hire a full-time diesel truck mechanic for our truck shop located in North Branford, CT. the successful candidate must have experience with light/medium and heavy-duty diesel engine trucks. Responsibilities will include:

· Perform thorough and accurate inspections;

· Complete maintenance operations including lubrication, fluid changes, brake adjustments and tire rotation;

· Document repairs and parts on work orders completely and accurately;

· Maintain tools and work place so that work shop is clean and neat;

· Perform unscheduled maintenance as directed;

· Perform minor repairs including electrical, fuel, brake and exhaust system.
