Job description

This position is for a Home Health Aide who will support patients by performing personal care and providing emotional and social support. The ideal candidate for this position has experience taking care of patients in a home health setting, has proven communication skills, and is compassionate and caring. Our home health aides are often the first face that patients see after a hospital stay, so we are interested in hiring individuals with strong interpersonal skills who have experience interacting with patients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document a patient's response to treatment.
• Follow a treatment plan.
• Maintain patient's privacy and confidentiality.
• Be at ease around terminally ill patients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
