Providing services to five counties, Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Flagler, and Volusia
PTA Physical Therapist Assistants help clients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, assist in evaluation and development of a rehabilitative plan of care. Other essential duties and responsibilities of the PTA Physical Therapist Assistants include:
- Preform routine strengthening and therapeutic exercise and assist the patient with the use of self-help devices
- Observe and record activities and findings in the clinical record and reports to the PT and the physician
- Consult with PT regarding the outcome of home visits
- Write daily progress notes on patients
- Attend department staff meetings
- Confirm weekly basis, the scheduling of visits with the RN Supervisor
- Assume other duties deemed appropriate and necessary by the PT and Rn Supervisor and/or RN Clinical Manager

· Must be 18 years of age or older.
· Authorized to work in the Unites States.
· Pass a background screening.
· Valid Florida PTA License
· Exceptional work attendance
