Schedule: Full Time, 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities
Under general direction, the Home Care Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of home health services offered to the community and community health promotion activities. The Home Health Supervisor is responsible for staff following policies/procedures and Medicare and The Joint Commission standards. Demonstrates competent knowledge and skills to ensure that the care is appropriate to the age of the patients served: neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- Associate's degree in nursing and over 1 to 3 years of experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in home health nursing required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Registered Nurse in PA – licensed, upon hire, required.
- Auto insurance upon hire required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire required.
- Driver's license – PA, upon hire, required.
