As a Customer Sales Advisor in our Retention's team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, you will be required to provide excellent customer service, support customers, giving them information on our products and assure we retain them and look after them!

The experience and skills you need
- Solid experience in a targeted customer service environment.
- A motivated mind-set with a passion for hitting targets!
- A track record of working from home or autonomously!
- Strong communications skills! You feel at ease building rapport and listening to customers, while also demonstrating the ability to be empathetic when needed!
- Being a team player is essential!
- An adaptable attitude and the ability to manage several tasks!
