Homeowner Relations Representative
Job description
Come join our family at Vacation Myrtle Beach! We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join Beach Cove Resort! Beach Cove Resort is an ocean front property located in Myrtle Beach. Qualified candidates will also possess an eye for detail, passion for hospitality, and a desire to exceed every guest’s expectation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintains rapport with departments by keeping open lines of communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners.
- Maintains homeowner files with updated information including but not limited to contact information, rental management agreements, HUD statements, and HO6 Policies.
- Arranges homeowner reservations.
- Inspects units and performs unit inventories.
- Promotes the rental management program by soliciting and establishing goals for additional units.
**Property Management License preferred***
Required Experience:
Prior rental homeowner experience
Time management skills
Must possess good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, be outgoing, perceptive, and self-motivated with the ability to work harmoniously with team members.
Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communication.
Hotel Hospitality experience a must.
IQWare experience preferred.
Prior administrative assistant experience

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
