Job Scope:

The Hospital Facility Manager is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the organization’s equipment and facilities. You will be a key contributor and subject matter expert to ensure compliance for the EH&S(Environment Health and Safety) requirements of the site. You will work with Compliance and Administration to ensure equipment is property maintained and qualified. You Perform a wide variety of routine building maintenance tasks throughout the hospital according to standard practices and procedures and complying with all regulatory requirements. You perform a multitude of engineering tasks to include the operation, repair and maintenance of all hospital utilities and equipment in order to provide continuous and uninterrupted service to the environment of care. You also perform specific tests and inspections on critical building systems as well as routine preventive maintenance and repairs of a variety of hospital related equipment which provide a safe and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and employees.

Must be able to walk the building, lift in excess of 50 lbs, bend over to pick up objects on the floor, and reach overhead. Must have the ability to perform manual dexterity functions including computer work. Must be able to communicate in English and be able to think, read, write, listen and speak in English. Must be able to concentrate on job functions and understand hospital policy and procedures and all other written materials. Must be able to work in stressful environment with frequent deadlines and use critical thinking skills for important decisions. Must be able to distinguish colors and pass a color blindness test. Must be able to follow both oral and written instructions.

****This position requires the flexibility to work at all of the Aspire locations from Huntsville, Conroe, and The Woodlands. Must be flexible to working any shift, Day, Evenings, or Nights as needed. Must also be willing to be On Call.'
