The Host/Hostess is a servant leader who serves guests in the dining room and patio. The Host/Hostess provides vision, support, and accountability to the Front of House team through participatory leadership. He/She assists with POP-Point of Purchase, suggestive sales strategies, and manages the clealiness inside & outside the restaurant.
AM Shift: 7:30AM - 4:00PM
PM Shift: 3:30PM-9PM
This role is a full time, hourly position which demands a servant’s attitude, efficient multitasking, a team-oriented approach, and the ability to show care through cleanliness. One must effectively serve our guests, manage crowds during peak hours, all while maintaining cleanliness through our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience!
Requirements/Responsibilities
Requirements:
You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills.
Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required
Smile
Be authorized to work in the United States
Be at least 18 years old
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
Be available to work any time including Saturdays- time off can be given for special requests
Have at least one-year previous restaurant experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Delivering meals to guests at their table or to a designated pick up area, and providing excellent customer service at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of your work area and the dining room, parking lot, restrooms and play-ground.
Stock sauces, cups, lids, etc. as needed to maintain throughout your shift.
Coaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures and creating a positive work environment for everyone.
Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards in restroom and dining room through hourly checks and checklists
Collaborate with FOH and Catering Teams to serve the business
Steward Dining Room - Train and teach to provide a clean, inviting dine in experience for every guest
