LOEWE is looking for a Host to join its Rodeo Drive Boutique!

• Initiate open dialogue with clients to discover their needs and offer appropriate direction and guidance.
• Creating an authentic first impression with clients which is reflective of Loewe, whole staying true to your personal character
• Creating an authentic first impression with clients which is reflective of Loewe, whole staying true to your personal character
• Communicating approximate walk in client wait time reflecting to limits and capacity of store traffic.
• When required, provide hospitality to clients waiting in line, inclusive of tea/water service.
• Prioritizing pre-determined appointments, services or collections for clients waiting in line, consequentially improving wait times and in store conversion.
• Having brand and product awareness in order to facilitate client inquiries.
• Leave a lasting final impression with clients. Encompassing organization of transportation, escorting client to waiting car, provide umbrella service, opening & closing front door, etc.

• Desire to work in a luxury retail setting, with a focus on customer service
• Effective communicator
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Possesses a strategic sales mindset, willingness to learn and a passion for connecting with our clients
• Ability to work a schedule from Wednesday-Sunday

Languages: Language skills are a plus

The compensation for this position ranges from $24 - $27 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
