Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily preparation and presentation of all food items served to guests.
• Responsible for the daily set up, maintenance, and breakdown of the daily breakfast items and area.
• Warmly greets/acknowledges all guests who enter the breakfast dining area.
• Requires ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Requires ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests in order to create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment.
• Discusses inventory needs with operations manager on a weekly basis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to start by 5:30 am (some days earlier depending on business needs) and work until 11 am/12:30 pm (depending on inventory days).
• Food Handler Certificate
• Ability to work in the US (required).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Possess good communication skills, both oral and written.
• This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 15-20 lbs.
• Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform are required.
• Follows directions and instructions.
• Ability to get along well with others, to demonstrate flexibility and patience, to work as a member of a team, and to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people.
