Responsibilities for Hotel Front Desk Agent are

• Answer multi line phone
• Check in/Check out Guests in Synxis PMS System
• Engage with a variety of customers in a professional manner
• Remain calm under pressure
• Exhibit problem solving skills in difficult situations
• Safeguard guest information
• Maintain the welcome desk with a professional appearance

Qualifications for Hotel Front Desk Agent:

• 1-3 year Hospitality Industry Experience as a Front Desk Agent
• Excellent Customer service experience
• Basic computer skills
• Able to use various office equipment
• Able to use a multi line office telephone
• Ability to reconcile a cash drawer
• Must be a Team Player with a Positive attitude
• Able to work varied shifts including 3-11 pm, 12-8 pm and 7am-3 pm shifts.
• Able to work Holidays and Weekends.
• Pay rate is $16.00 - $18.00/hour depending on experience.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
