This position offers an annual salary, healthcare, 401k, and an incentive plan.

$70,000 - $80,000 yearly

The success of our hotel hinges on the General Manager who serves as the driving force. Embracing and promoting our "We Run It Like We Own It" culture, you will be responsible for establishing and attaining elevated levels of Financial Success, which includes Revenue, Cost Management, and Profitability metrics. Your leadership in cultivating a culture of Exceptional Service will guide the team in maintaining outstanding levels of Guest Satisfaction and Public Reputation.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel leadership or management roles
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage revenue, cost, and profitability metrics
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, conflict resolution, and relationship building
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in relevant computer software programs, including Microsoft Office and property management systems
• A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required
