THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic part-time Housekeeping Associate to join our ground team in downtown Minneapolis. This Housekeeping Associate will support our Market Lead by greeting our guests upon arrival, oversee the check-in process, inspect rooms, and ensure our guests love their experience while staying at Mint House.

AT MINT HOUSE YOU WILL

• Serve as a helpful resource in the field to troubleshoot guest issues in real-time and any guest maintenance concerns
• Responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned apartments or areas according to Mint House standards and procedures, including: making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removal of trash/recycle removal, cleaning kitchens, refrigerators, microwaves and running dishes, glasses and flatware through dishwasher
• Execute unit departure and arrival inspections to ensure units are constantly meeting or exceeding brand standards
• Assist with unit upkeep, inventory management, housekeeping and work with the team on ad-hoc projects
• Act as a guide to downtown Minneapolis and share your knowledge of the city with guests as well as escort guests to their rooms
• Master our software to assist the guest stay

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of guest service or hospitality experience
• You are willing to work a flexible schedule, that will include at least one shift per weekend and 1-night shift
• Understand the importance of creating a meaningful experience and bring that spirit to our guests

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
