JOB SUMMARY:
This entry level position requires the performance of repetitive tasks to be completed in a sanitary and orderly manner. This is a fast-paced position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and dispose of trash from all areas of the building.
- Careful monitoring of cleaning agents and appropriate uses
- Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Clean restrooms, break room, locker rooms, office areas, lab, hallways, and outside premises.
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
