A national janitorial company is looking for a working supervisor in the Aurora and Oakbrook areas. We are looking for a hands on person who would enjoy leading and working alongside people, and be task oriented. This position can lead to promotion in Chicago, IL, or other cities in the USA. Tasks and Responsibilities:

Performing cleaning tasks alongside other housekeepers working under your direction including cleaning seating areas, restrooms, entrances and common areas.

Ensure that all work is done in a manner that promotes a safe, clean atmosphere.
Directing team members to ensure the highest degree of client and customer satisfaction.

Experience:

Experience cleaning in a retail environment helpful
A minimum of 1-years commercial cleaning experience and 1-years supervisory experience leading others

Requirements:

Must be bilingual. English/Spanish

Must be able to pass a background check, and drug test
Must be flexible in working either days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility
Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail

The ability to change direction quickly and multitask

Job Benefits:

Pay is $20.00 per hour
