REQUIREMENTS: HIGH SCHOOL OR GED. MINIMUM OF 2 TO 5 YEARD EXPERIENCE IN HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES.JOB SUMMARY: WORKING MANAGER OF HOUSEKEEPING EMPLOYEES. WILL ASSIST IN TRAINING OF NEW PERSONNEL AND GENERAL ASSURANCE OF QUALITY STANDARDS FOR THE DEPARTMENT. REPORTS DEFICIENCIES OR OTHER NEEDS TO THE DIRECTOR. OVERSEES THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS OF THE HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT, ENSURING A CLEAN, ORDERLY AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT. THERE MUST BE EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE OF MANAGEMENT FUNCTION OF PLANNING, ORGANIZING, DIRECTING, EDUCATION, CONTROLLING AND EVALUATION OF ACTIONS. INTERPRETS OPERATING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, REVIEWS WORK PERFORMED TO DETERMINE AREAS OF QUALITY IMPROVEMENT; PARTICIPATES IN COOPERATIVE PLANNING WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS.
